Nut Free Chocolate Balls

Tim has created these amazing Nut Free Chocolate Balls. These are perfect for school lunch boxes and just an afternoon snack. Big kids and little kids will love the flavour and to will have fun making them as well!

Ingredients

Raw Protein Chocolate balls.

1 cup of rolled oats (can be made with gluten free oats available from wholefoods too)

14 medjool dates pitted.

2 tbs raw cacao

1 x cup of desiccated coconut

4 x table spoons of maple syrup

½ cup of lupin flakes

Method

Place all ingredients in a food processor & blend until combined.

Weigh out on 25g of mixture on scales and roll into a ball.

Roll in desiccated coconut and you’re good to go.

Makes approx. 22 balls.
