Gorgeous, abundant, cascading blossoms to attract the bees and the butterflies! Now the soil is warm the time is ripe to plant foxgloves, delphiniums, petunias and marigolds. Hold off until after the last frost to plant nasturtiums or keep them sheltered. It’s also time to plant Hollyhocks, Queen Anne’s Lace and Michele’s favourite (this week!) Nicotiana. It has big fat flat leaves with lime or white coloured trumpet shaped flower.
Seedlings to plant now:
Keep these in the greenhouse or protected until after the last frost (usually Melbourne Cup Day)
